QPD Blotter for 11/9/12

Agg Battery- Terrence M. Oberdahloff and Alex R. Hultz, both employees of Chaddock, report that they were battered by Jonathan T. Robinson(17), who is a student at Chaddock.  Referred to Adam's County Probation.

Arrest / Lodged- Tyson L. Wrencher (17) of 916 1/2 Adam's was arrested for manufacturing or delivery of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence on 11/7/12.

Arrest / Lodged-  Troy Lee Smith (35) of 1013 Adam's Apt. D was arrested at 8th and Jefferson on 11/7/12 for driving while revoked and child restraint violation.  He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Arrest / Warrant- Jeffery R. Trone (25) of 928 No. 7th was arrested on 11/7/12 at his residence for a FTA - DWLS warrant out of Adam's County.  He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail. 

Criminal Damage- Thomas M. Fritschen of 1009 No. 8th reports that rocks were thrown at his 2006 Volkswagen while he was driving south on 8th between Chestnut and Cherry.

Domestic Violence- Robert T. Lewis and his girlfriend, Trista St. John, both of 424 No. 16th were involved in an argument at their residence on 11/4/12.

Harassment- Both Patricia A. Jones of 913 No. 5th and Faith A. Barnes of 318 Maiden Lane, apt. 201 report that the other harassed her at 500 Maine on 11/2/12. 

Hit and Run- Michael B. Baehr of 528 So. 10th, Ashley A. Whisler of 528 So. 10th Apt. 1/2 both report their vehicles struck by a vehicle sometime on 11/2/12.  The suspect vehicle left the scene without providing any information.

Lost Articles- Chester M. Couchman of 4101 S. 46th reports that he lost his wallet in Quincy on 11/2/12. It was later recovered and returned to him. 

Arrest- Ana M. Hedberg, 18, of 318 S. 9th for Retail Theft at Claire's Boutique (3340 Quincy Mall) on 11-04-12 @ 1500 hours. Released on cash bond. 

Arrest- Nicole R. Dyke, 19, 1810 Lind, Speeding in a School Zone  RL NTA 

Arrest- Marcus A. Morgan, 24, of 513 Hampshire #423 for Expired Registration Sticker and Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 5th & Cedar on 11-07-12 @ 0928 hours. Released on NTA.
