Michael E. Rees, 31, of 435 Locust for Warrants for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and FTA Stealing. Arrested at 7th & Oak on 11/17/12. Lodged.

Mark R. Keppner, 60, for Driving While License Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Expired Registration as well as a warrant for FTA Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Arrested at 15th & Monroe on 11/17/12. Keppner's vehicle was towed by Peters. Lodged.

Laron T Barr, 45, of 822 1/2 Spring for FTA criminal trespass.  He was located at his residence on 11-17-12 at 1040 hrs. Lodged. 

Paul D Kennedy, 44, of 1116 Washington for FTA suspended registration and small claims.  He was located at 311 N 2nd on 11-17-12 at 1440 hrs. Lodged.
