Perhaps UKWP is trying to equate military service with "on the teat" teaching jobs. Of course there are many big differences, especially for military that are deployed, which is part of the job. And you're making the opposite mistake....saying that each thing, when added together, becomes a total justification. That's not how you justify expenditures. You have to make the case for EACH item in it's own right. And you do that compared to what it would cost to fix it in place...assuming you do have to fix it...which apparently we don't...because it hasn't been done.…

Arrest- Andrew R. Ellerman, 18, 1036 Madonna Drive, for Wrong Way on a One Way street, 6th to 8th on Jersey at 1937 hrs of 10/05/12. Released on dl. 

Arrest- Robert E. Guthrie, 40, 2212 Ennis Lane, for Shoplifting at Kohl's, 6100 Broadway, at 1558 hrs of 09/26/12.  Released on NTA.  

Arrest / OV- Ana Marie Hedberg (18) of 2425 Elm, and Mercedes E. Rhoades (19) of 1651 Jersey were both arrested for retail theft at Kohl's on 10/16/12.

Criminal Damage to Vehicle- Kevin L. Bodi, 1019 N. 7th, reported the driver's side window and windshield of his 97 GMC were damaged by a rock thrown by an unknown individual  between 0100/1450 hrs of 10/14/12 while it was parked at 101 N. 5th. 

Residential Burglary- Thomas E. Niehoff, 2106 Hampshire, reported someone entered his residence between 1030 hrs of 10/06/12 and 1700 hrs of 10/10/12 and stole 4 Bose speakers, 4 Maranta speakers, a JVC stereo receiver, a Sony amplifier, a Sony equalizer and a Sony stereo receiver. 

Arrest- Lamor C. Hickman, 22, of 815 Chestnut for No Valid DL at 6th & Jersey on 10-25-12 @ 1503 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest- Nicole Whitaker 21,4701 Ellington Rd arrested on 10-20  nta, 1412 hrs at 334 s 36 for failure to reduce speed    nta

Arrest- Allen Easton 21,2038 Grove Ave arrested for DUI, Speeding, Disobeying stop sign, between 16 Vermont to 24 Vermont on 10-20, 0925 hrs. vehicle towed by Peters released on cash bond.

Arrest- Thomas Vahle18,838 So 6 arrested for Reg suspended mandatory ins. at 14 Jefferson on 10-24 ,1112 hrs, vehicle towed by Peters   nta

Arrest- Alice Ellerbrock 51, 4950 Co Rd 403 Palmyra Mo arrested for speeding in school zone 18 College on 10-25 at 0813   nta

Arrest- Nicholas Meyers 21, 642 Monroe arrested for pedestraion use of roadway at 8 York on    10-21 ,1552 hrs     nta

Arrest- Ashley Burroughs 27,2240 Broadway arrested speed in school zone 14 Maine on 10-25 at 0742 hrs nta

Burglary Residence- Daniel Schneider 60,1017 Jersey apt B reported between 2230 hrs on 10-15 to 0001 hrs on 10-16 unk person entered his apt and stole his medication he had hidden in coffee mug no forced entry was found  

Criminal Damage to Property- Kristine Uhlmeyer 42 , reported the window broken out of 843 Hampshire, Maine Therapie between 2200 hrs on 10-19 to 0845 hrs on 10-20 no suspect

Theft Over $500- Taunto Collier 47,30325 Old Hwy V Lagrange Mo reported between 1300 hrs to 1400 hrs on 10-19 unk person stole his girlfriends 2001 Toyota grey Camry Mo reg DA2Z5V from lot at 12 Locust Collier said he left the keys on the floorboard entered ito leads.
