Nicholas Kohn, 21, of 1631 York, arrested for failure to reduce speed/avoid accident at 24th & Broadway on 10-22 at 1243 hrs        

Douglas Hilbert, 34, of 127 Karen Way Ct, St. Louis, Mo. arrested for improper driving at 8th & Maine on 12-12 at 0114     

Gregory E. Jackson of 1721 Jackson for Passing a Stopped School Bus while Loading at 14th Maine to Jersey on 10/22/12 at 1446 hrs.  Jackson was released on NTA. 

Darryl E. Mayton of 5427 Columbus Rd. for Failure to Yield / Private Drive at 24th & State on 10/20/12 at 1534 hrs.  Mayton was released on NTA. 

Debra S. Maurer of 1725 Stull reports between 1800 on 10/12/12 and 1000 on 10/13/12 her 2008 Ford was damaged while parked at her residence. The car was scratched on both the right and left sides with a key or similar item. 

Brooke Hopson, 25, of 2033 Spruce reported her 2012 Kia had all 4 tires Vehicle cut and mirror broken off 10-12 to 10-13

Mark Hendricks, 56, of 1508 Ohio reported on 10-14 at 0719 hrs a older w/m driving a blue Ford F-150 struck his pickup at 48th & State and left the scene. Hendricks stated the suspect vehicle had TX plates

Thomas Holck, 52, employee of HYVEE Wine & Spirts at 1852 Broadway reported on 10-6 at 0114 hrs, 2 w/m stole some banners from the front of the store and fled westbound
