Dorothy L Miller, 84, 720 Country Club Hts for failure to yield right of way on a left turn on 10-21-12 at 1255 hrs.  NTA. 

Brittanica C Young, 24, 2830 Sonata Dr for operating uninsured vehicle at 9th and Lind on 10-21-12 at 1101 hrs.  NTA. 

Tony L Schleter, 60, 1024 N 18th for failure to yield from a private drive at 10th and Chestnut on 102112 at 1648 hrs.  NTA. 

Rebecca Kelsall 55, Mercantile bank reported 5 checks stolen from 5515 W Anthony Rd in  Sep. were cash at Ayerco Store # 25 in Mo. between 9-13 to 9-16 and one at Wiemelts Bait shop 4th and Cedar.
