QPD Blotter for 10/22/12

Arrest / Lodged- Charles E. Jenkins (38) of 517 West Witt, Loriane IL, 62349, was arrested for Armed Violence, Stalking, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm in the 1600 Block of No. 6th on 10/20/12.

Arrest / Traffic- Joshua B. Wollbrink (17) of 4432 So. 36th was arrested for speeding at 36th and Lindell on 10-20-12.

Arrest / Warrants- Steve D. Morris (29) of 725 Washington was arrested at 725 Washington for mulitple FTA warrants to include ACSO warrants for felony theft and dwlr as well as a City of Quincy warrant for malicious mischief.  He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail. 

Arrest- Kirk M. Youngblood, 49, of New London, MO for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 36th & Maine on 10-19-12 @ 1641 hours. Released on PTC. 

Arrest- Elizabeth D. Coleman, 27, of 513 1/2 S. 12th for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 12th & Adams on 10-20-12 @ 1433 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest- Michelle A. Woerman, 41, of 3339 State #8 for DWLS and Failure to Wear Seatbelt at 6th & Spring on 10-21-12 @ 0737 hours. Released on  NTA. 

Arrest / OV- Shatarria S. Knight (25) of 2300 No. 12th was arrested at her residence on 10/21/12 for a PC ticket for fighting for an incident that occurred on 9/19/12.
