I actually did have it pointed out to me that this may be a 5th Amendment issue, and that the hole in the foot was self-inflicted. No more evidence of that than anything else, but it's just as possible.

Seems it was the mid 80s - but at the time you would have thought 98% of the population had some type of breathing disorder. Letters to the Editor each and every day whining. I'm with givemeliberty - it was my time of the year to put on a flannel shirt and suspenders - get out there with my rake and start burning - I felt like Paul Bunyan.
