Actually, I was wrong in my previous comment: "A consular officer cannot: demand the immediate release of a U.S. citizen arrested abroad or otherwise cause the citizen to be released; represent a U.S. citizen at trial, give legal advice, or pay legal fees and/or fines with U.S. Government funds."

How can they? The well has been poisoned by the governor, the US Attorney General, the Capt. of the Missouri State Patrol and all the race baiters likr Obama. Arrest- Jackie E. Wilson III 27 of 3017 Bluff Ridge of speeding at 40/Broadway on 01-06-13.

Arrest/Lodged- Brandon N. Geiser 38 of 1802 Kentucky for Possession of Meth under 5 grams, Retail Theft and Possession of Cannabis less than 2.5 grams at 6100 Broadway on 01-06-13.

Arrest/lodged- Gregory Maynor 47, of Quincy for Unlawful meth conspiracy at Hotel Elkton # 303 on 1/6.

Counterfeiting- Heartland Bank 2001 Maine received counterfeit 100$ bill on 1-2 deposit bag from Izzy's Bar &Grill 601 No 5th, no suspects

Arrest- Mikel P. Sansonetti, 40, 1905 N. 22nd, St. Joseph, Mo., for No Taillights and DUI at 9th Broadway at 0324 hrs of 12/30/12.  Released on cash bond. 

Arrest OV- Randale Starman 28 426 S 8th for pedestrian use of the roadway on 01/07/13 0014 hours.  NTA 

Arrest Traffic    Brandon Williams 48 531 Cherry for uninsured vehicle at 12th and Hampshire on 01/04/13 at 2205 hours.  NTA

Burglary- Anthony Williams 36, owner of Williams Auto Sales  at 439 No 3 rd reported between1600 hrs on 12-31-12 to 0845 hrs on 1-02-13 unk person  entered the business removed a set of keys to vehicle ,the vehicle was recovered ,few blks away and returned          

Burglary- Christopher Neuman 29 1201 N 14th reports between 12/22/12 at 1530 hours and 12/23/12 at 1530 hours an unknown person entered his residence at stole a firearm. 

Burglary- between 12/17/12 at 1630 hours and 12/18/12 at 1132 hours an unknown person cut the locks to several storage units at Vonderhaar Mini Storage at 2821 Wiman LN and took several items.

Criminal Damage to vehicle- Tom G. Damon, an employee of Williams Auto Sales, 434 Gardner Expressway, reported someone broke out the driver's side window of a 09 Chevrolet with a brick while the car was parked on their lot between 0000 hrs of 12/27/12 and 0740 hrs of 12/28/12. 

Criminal Damage to Vehicle- Melvin L. Powell, 717 Washington, reported someone cut a tire on his 91 Chevrolet between 0000 hrs of 12/27/12 and 0950 hrs of 12/28/12 while it was parked in font of his residence. 

Domestic Battery- Darrell Roberts 29,3625 Tonja Dr, Jessica Clayton 24,601 E Maine Plainville were involved in a disturbane at Roberts residence due to varied details report sent to S/A

Theft- Alexandrea Cookson 311 N Main, Payson reports on 12/31/12 at 12000 hours an unknown person stole her purse she left at McDonalds 1301 Broadway. 

Theft under- Cynthia S. Vollbracht, 1601 S. 24th, Apt. A217, reported someone stole a Texas Roadhouse gift card from a card at her residence between 1200/1230 hrs of 12/24/12. 

Warrant Arrest- Jared T. Cosgrove, 513 Harrison on a City of Quincy warrant for FTA- Poss of Alcohol & FTA-Fighting at 5th & Harrison on 1/07/13 at 1038 hrs.  Cosgrove was lodged.
