James D. Gallaher, 17, of 903 Jersey, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at 18th and Spruce on 12/28/12.

Johnny R. Schutte, 27, of 1016 Diana Dr., was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle at 8th and Vermont on 1/2/13.

John H. Freiburg, 53, of 1507 Jackson, was arrested for disobeying a stop sign at 22nd and Jackson on 12/31/12.

Tara R. Jensen, 24, of 606 So. 13th, was arrested for failure to yield private drive at 635 Broadway on 12/31/12.

Melody M. Slaughter, 51, of 1522 N. 8th for FTA - possession of cannabis. 

James Allen of 327 Locust reports the theft of medication from his residence between 1200 and 2045 on 12-30-12.  No suspects. 

Rebecca M. Sheaff, 34, of 1728 N. 17th, for No Seat Belt at 48th Chestnut at 1028 hrs of 01/03/13. Released on dl. 

Ethan M Moyer 22, of 1425 Harrison Plaza arrested on 1-3-13,1000 hrs at 130 No 5 for outstanding warrant, del cannabis, poss cotrolled sub. lodged ACJ    

Dustin M. Cheney, 30, of 1412 S. 7th, for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle at 12th Monroe at 1000 hrs of 01/02/13.  Released on NTA. 

Cole A. Rose, 21, of 275 S. Pine, Baylis, IL, for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle in the 800 block of Maine at 1616 hrs of 01/02/13.  Released on dl. 

Milissa A. Redmond, 44, of 930 1/2 S. 12th, for Vandalism at 930 S. 12th at 1624 hrs of 01/02/13.  Released on NTA. 

Brenda J. Kinney, 57, 31475 Old Monticello Road, Canton, Mo., for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 22nd Broadway at 1517 hrs of 01/02/13.  Released on Promise to Comply. 

Daniel R. Runyon, of 1223 S. 28th, reported his 13 Ford was struck by a dark colored sedan  while parked in front of 812 Maine at 1640 hrs of 12/31/12.
