Problem with all of these studies is a lack of strong scientific support in the conclusions. You can't control "for other variables" with any real chance of veracity. We will...on the other hand...have a small experiment here which should give a good indication of the truth of these ideas. Kids in the new schools should perform notably better (11%???) then the ones still stuck in the old ones.…

William Daniels, 63, of 1014 So 30th, reported his truck was egged and Vehicle keyed between 1-2 to 1-18 while parked at his residence no suspects

Tammy Lummer, 30, of 650 Washington reported her 2002 Jeep had all 4 Vehicle tires flattened an 3 windows broken out between 1-21 to 1-22 no suspects

Jenna Smith, 27, of 318 Maiden Ln apt 208, reported Natas Reed, 27, of 418 Chestnut pushed her on 1-21, he denied pushing her sent to S/A

Merry Boster, 58, of 317 No 13th apt 2 reported between 0700 to 1545 on 1-21 the rear bumper of her car was struck while parked at 2130 Harrison. no suspects

David Steinkoenig, 62, of 310 No 10, Delta Tire reported 2005 Ford minivan/Recovered was taken from his lot between 1-24 to 1-25 vehicle recovered at 2000 Sycamore and returned no suspects
