Has anyone ever thought of making the vocational building (building F at QHS) the location for 9th grade additional classrooms? That way they would not have to add on to QHS at this time.

if we are going to allow citizens of Illinois to film cops on duty (as we should) why would we not require cops to wear a cam on their person as well. Especially after Ferguson it seems like the logical thing to do, about a month ago I was reading about Rialto California where they implemented a body cam policy for their officers and use of force fell by 60% and complaints of police brutality fell…

Arrest/lodged Terry L. Gober 29 homeless for Lincoln County MO warrant for fraud.

Arrest/lodged Gidget L Claus, 41, 629 Oak for domestic battery at 629 Oak on 1-28-13 at 1556 hrs. Lodged

Arrest/NTA Julie A. Owsley 47 of 710 N. 4th and Timothy D. Miller 50 of 604 N. 5th #7 for fighting at 401 Elm #13 on 01-28-13.

Burglary vehicle Tara Boden of 903 N. 9th and Steven Blackwell of 538 Van Buren report their unlocked vehicles entered on 01-14 between 2100 and 2245 at 526 S. 6th. CD's, money, Sony speakers, Kenwood amp, snakeskin purse and black Guess wallet taken. No suspects.

Burglary Joshua Howard 24,2035 Spring reported his tool box was stolen from 1901 No 18th  QU between 1-22,1600 to 1-23 0700 hrs forced entry was found

Burglary Francis V. clay, 1320 Chestnut, reported someone entered his garage and stole a brass cutting torch gauge and a Craftsman toolbox between 1730 hrs of 01/22/13 and 0730 hrs of 01/24/13.

Burglary Vehicle Bobbi Mercer 29,1204 Highland Ln,reported between 1200 to 1230 on 1-8 her vehicle was entered while she was at 633 Lind taken was her purse later recovered at 635 Lind missing was her phone and $20

Criminal Damage Joseph K. Homberger, owner of Harvey's Furniture, 1900 N. 12th, to Business reportd someone shot one of the front windows of the business with a bb gun between 1715 hrs of 01/25/13 and 0730 hrs of 01/28/13.

Criminal Damage to Vehicles Robert D. Oberling, owner of Bob Oberling Used Cars, 2731 N. 12  reported someone shot three vehicles and his building with paint balls between 1700 hrs of 01/23/13 and 0800 hrs of 01/24/13. 

Theft Michael Pleasant 53,635 No 8th apt B,reported between 1-8,1054 to 1-19 unk person removed a package ( boots,shorts,shirt,socks ) from his front porch after delivered by UPS no suspects

Theft Joan Tucker 61,1233 No 11 th reported between 1600 to 1700 on 1-15 she had medication taken from her residence
