Arrest Joshua E Palmer, 24, Mendon, IL for failure to yield at a stop sign at 10th and State on 1-18-13 at 1238 hrs.  NTA. 

Arrest Sharon K Herron, 72, 2000 N Sheridan Drive for failure to yield-left turn at 25th and Broadway on 1-10-13 at 1143 hrs. 

Arrest Michelle K Kasparie, 48, 4707 Hidden Cove Rd for improper driving at 28th and Chestnut on 1-18-13 at 0953 hrs.  NTA. 

Arrest/lodged TaRae T Gates, 19, 1223 N 5th for FTA Retail Theft.  She was located at 3300 Broadway on 1-19-13 at 1539 hrs.  Lodged. 

Theft under  Norm J Franco, 41 an employee of Meineke, 2815 Broadway reported four banners belonging to Meineke were taken between 1-12-13 1700 hrs and 1-14-13 0700 hrs.

Theft under  Vicki L Dagget, 60, 623 Jackson report that on 1-13-13 between 1500 hrs and 1630 hrs her purse and contents were taken from 1800 College.
