Arrest Jaime M Bowen, 28, 1425 N 4th for too fast for conditions at 5th and Chestnut on 1-1-13 at 1047 hrs.  NTA.  

Arrest Ethan T Halcomb, 21, 1431 N 10th for fighting at 1714 West Grandview on 1-1-13 at 0733 hrs.  NTA.  

Arrest/lodged David W Allen, 19, 115 S 8th for FTA forgery.  He was located at 115 S 8th on 1-1-13 at 0552 hrs.  Lodged.  

Criminal Damage Bradley A Brown, 30, 1221 S 10th reported that between 12-16-12 and 12-26-12 the electrical wires to a breaker box at 932 N 5th were cut.  He also reported that two brass heating vents were taken.  

Criminal damage Billy Meyer of Quincy Public School security reported that between 12- to property 27-12 1600 hrs and 12-28-12 0600 hrs and window at QJHS, 100 S 14th was damaged by a bb gun.  

Criminal damage to vehicle Magan C Dunn, 20, 2434 Chestnut reported that between 10-26-12 1530 hrs and 10-29-12 0800 hrs her 2006 Chevrolet was damaged by eggs while parked at 2434 Chestnut.  

Lost property Beverly A Boone, 66, Hamilton, IL reported that on 12-22-12 at 1500 hrs she lost her wallet and contents on the parking lot of Menards, 936 N 54th.  

Theft under  David L Hedrick, 20, 406 Oak reported that on 12-28-12 his red and white mountain bike was taken from 506 Hampshire.
