Arrest / Traffic Joseph K. Barsi (53) of Macomb was arrested for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle at 18th and Broadway on 1/12/13.

Arrest / Traffic Joshua D. Cress (32) of 1425 No. 12th was arrested for Illegal Bumper Height at 52nd and Oak on 1/11/13.

Arrest / Traffic Mitchell D. Mowen (20) of 2914 Ellington Road was arrested for Unnecessary Noise at 24th and Broadway on 1/11/13.

Burglary / Vehicle Ashley L. Prince of 923 No. 2050th Ave, Mendon, reports that her wallet was stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in front of 815 So. 18th on 1/4/13.

Arrest Daniel T. Hayashi, 18, of 166 N. 18th for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 20th & Hampshire on 01-12-13 @ 1434 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest William J. Owsley, 21, of 2730 Chestnut for FTA - Seatbelt X 2 at 5th & Oak on 01-12-13 @ 0820 hours. Released on cash bond.

Arrest Natoshia L. Hills, 26, of 626 N. 8th for FTA - Seatbelt at 8th & Oak on 01-13-13 @ 1254 hours. Lodged in the ACJ.

Arrest Cory M. Gillum, 34, of 629 N. 13th for Domestic Battery at his residence on 01-13-13 @ 0403 hours. Lodged in the ACJ.

Arrest William J. Owsley, 21, of 2730 Chestnut for Fighting at 601 N. 5th (Izzy's) on 01-12-13 @ 0809 hours. Released on NTA.

Business Burglary Whitney Gibbler, an employee of Riverside Smokehouse located at 222 S. 3rd, reported that the business was entered overnight and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was stolen from the business. Investigation to continue.

Residential A residence at 800 S. 23rd was forcibly entered sometime between 01- Burglary 01-13 and 01-07-13 and numerous items were stolen. Investigation to continue.
