William J. Owsley, 21, of 2730 Chestnut for FTA - Seatbelt X 2 at 5th & Oak on 01-12-13 @ 0820 hours. Released on cash bond. 

Natoshia L. Hills, 26, of 626 N. 8th for FTA - Seatbelt at 8th & Oak on 01-13-13 @ 1254 hours. Lodged in the ACJ.  

Cory M. Gillum, 34, of 629 N. 13th for Domestic Battery at his residence on 01-13-13 @ 0403 hours. Lodged in the ACJ. 

William J. Owsley, 21, of 2730 Chestnut for Fighting at 601 N. 5th (Izzy's) on 01-12-13 @ 0809 hours. Released on NTA

Beth Ann Young, 48, of 644 State was arrested for aggravated battery for an incident at Ports Place (510 Jersey) on 1/27/13.  

Audrey E. Holtschlag, 19, of 1823 Wilmar Orchard was arrested for fighting for an incident that occurred at Barney's Tavern, 1708 Broadway, on 1/18/13.

Tyler W. Clark, 24, of 2059 Sycamore was arrested for improper lane usage and driving while license suspended at 12th and Broadway on 1/26/13.

Shawn D. Sohn, 29, 705 No. 64th was arrested for operating uninsured vehicle at 11th and Ohio on 1/26/13.

Brandon J. Smith, 31, of 2018 Jefferson was arrested for driving while license suspended at 20th and Jefferson on 1/27/13.

Adam C. Snider, 23, 1801 Locust, was arrested in the 1100 block of Ohio for an outstanding Fulton County warrant for FTA driving while suspended and Petition to revoke probation.  He was lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Whitney Gibbler, an employee of Riverside Smokehouse located at 222 S. 3rd, reported that the business was entered overnight and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was stolen from the business. Investigation to continue. 

A residence at 800 S. 23rd was forcibly entered sometime between 01-01-13 and 01-07-13 and numerous items were stolen. Investigation to continue. 

Jennifer L. Maggert of 523 Chestnut reports that her 2000 Ford was entered and tampered with while it was parked in front of her residence on 1/11/13.

Austin J. Dannehold of 1630 Rim Road reports that his 2007 Kia was entered and items taken while it was parked on the AMC Theatre lot located at 300 No. 33rd on 1/21/13.

Richard S. Nichols of 2201 Sycamore reports that someone threw a heavy object through the back window of his 1990 Chevrolet on 1/10/13.

Thomas P. Banderbor of 1124 So. 9th reports having a door kicked in at his residence on 1/20/13.  Nothing taken.
