And you're making the opposite mistake....saying that each thing, when added together, becomes a total justification. That's not how you justify expenditures. You have to make the case for EACH item in it's own right. And you do that compared to what it would cost to fix it in place...assuming you do have to fix it...which apparently we don't...because it hasn't been done.…

Nicole R. Saxbury, Kinderhook, IL for Failure to Signal a Turn, and No Valid Drivers Licence at 8th & R.J. Peters Dr. on 1/25/13 at 1106 hrs. Released on NTA. 

Christopher P. Romo, 20, for Retail Theft at Walmart, 5211 Broadway on 12/10/12.  Romo was arrested on 01/18/13 and released on NTA.     

Patsy L Schlueter, 1130 Jersey on a City of Quincy warrant for FTA-Stealing at 11th & York on 1/25/13 at 0940 hrs. Lodged.  

Lasha B. Lewis, 28, of 624 So. 17th was arrested at 906 Hampshire on for Failure to Reduce Speed, Improper Lane Usage, Driving the Wrong Way on a One Way, and Disorderly Conduct for an incident that occurred at 7th and York on 1/4/13.

Whitney L. Prewitt, 22, of of 648 Ohio for driving suspended at 25/Broadway on 01-24. 

Gregory S. Lish, 29, of 306 1/2 Cherry for FTA-driving suspended and driving while license suspended and no insurance at 4/Jersey on 01-25.

Jeffery Schutte, 46, 4028 Klingele Ln, reported between 12-28-12 to 1-11-13 unknown person cut lock off of construction truck while it was parked at 1307 Gardner Expy and removed several tools, no suspects

Levi Parson, 29, 522 Cedar, reported between 1-12 to 1-17 unknown person entered his unlocked 2004 Chevy pickup removing some tools and damaging the steering column, no suspects

Theresa A. Thomas, 304 Thompson Ave., Palmyra, Mo., reported her Mo. License plate FE6E1J was stolen off of her 95 Toyota while it was parked at 235 N. 12th between 0730/1645 hrs of 01/16/13. 

Dale Brooks of 1224 Broadway Apt. A reports his unlocked vehicle entered between 0800 on 01-10 and 1600 on 01-11.  Taken was a girl's book bag, black and pink with blue flowers, insurance and title paperwork, CIPS bill and ATM receipts.

Joseph Bartz of 1618 N. 2nd reports his vehicle hit/run while parked between Turner Hall and the Twilight Zone around 2345 hours on 01- 13.  Suspect is a male in his 50's in a white Ford Explorer with Iowa plates.
