Regina Freel, 51,130 Woodlawn Rd, for speeding at Cherry Lane/Elmwood on 1-23,0742 hrs 

Laura Tenhouse, 29,420 N Co Rd 2200 Bowen,Il for speeding 3rd Spruce on 1-23,0827    

Amanda Hills-Elliott, 29,2634 Cedar for at 6 Chestnut on 1-22,1545 hrs for DWLR cash bond

William E. Liszeo, 48, 616 Church St., Hannibal, Mo., for Burglary and Theft over $10,000 at 630 Kentucky and 210 S. 7th at 2227 hrs of 01/14/13.  He was arrested on 01/23/13 and lodged in the Adams Co. Jail.  Liszeo alledgedly stole a truck which belongs to Heck Novelty from 630 Kentucky.  He then allegedly broke into two Quincy Public Schools maintenance trucks at 210 S. 7th.

Lowell Barry, 46, 1520 Park Ave. for speeding at Columbus Rd and Pine Ridge on 01/23/13 at 2042 hours. NTA

Adrienne Scott, 55, 3200 St. #2 for FTA legal matter on 01/23/13 at 2224 hours. Lodged SCU

Ricky A. Hall, 49, of Fowler for residential burglary at 2100 Aldo Blvd on 01-14-13.

Angela Ketteman, 52, of 150 Woodlawn Rd for expired registration at 24/Maine on 01-23-13.

Robert Shottenkirk, 18, of 4615 Jayden Court for speeding at 43/State on 01-23-13.

Kayla Peterson, 17 of West Point for failure to yield - private drive at 32/Broadway on 01-23.

Scott Sowers, 26, reported at 1249 hrs on 1-14 the front door glass was broken with a bb or pellet at Midwest Block & Brick 600 State no suspects

Robert S. Jandorf, manager of Bank of America, 329 N. 24th, reported a window on the business was shattered between 1200 hrs of 01/12/13 and 0757 hrs of 01/15/13. 

Ashley K. Reese, 1855 Lind, reported her 09 Saturn was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was parked at 18th College between 1515/1700 hrs of 01/14/13. 

Michael Baehr, 57,1415 N 8th reported between 1-6 to 1-10 unknown person removed 2 table saws from his unlocked porch no suspects

Gidget Claus, 41,629 Oak,reported between 053/0945 on 1-13 several items were stolen from her room at her residence,most of the items have been recovered inv. to continue

Leonora Gehrich, 77, 400 Lily Pond Rd, reported between 1530-1615 on 1-13 her purse was stolen from the chapel of Francis Hall,1800 College no suspects

Robin Winfield 57 6508 N 48th reports an unknown person broke the window to her car with a BB gun at 3rd and Maine on 01/19/13 at 2107
