Christopher Conway, 30, 637 Washington arrested at 8 State on 1-16, 0933 hrs for DWLS, Uninsured vehicle, nta

Troy N. Brewer, 23 of 709 Kentucky for uninsured vehicle at 8/Payson on 1-16-13. 

Candace D. Quattlebaum (30), 1033 Ohio, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration at 11th and Ohio on 1/16/13. She was released on NTA.

Angel R. Shoop (37) of 649 Washington was arrested behind 617 Washington on 1/17/13 for an outstanding Adams County warrant for FTA - violation of a civil no contact order as well as a new charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Rhonda Miller, 58, 530 Cherry apt 4 reported between 0100 to 0945 on     1-12 someone entered her unlocked car and stole her cd player

Teresa A. Guthrie, 71 N. CR 830, Mendon, IL., reported someone entered her 94 General Motors car between 1900/1930 hrs of 12/31/12 while it was parked in front of 2501 Sharon Drive.  Taken were 3 pieces of luggage.

Shawn Lucky 42,1868 Hampshire,reported between 0600-1400 on 1-13 unknown person entered his unlocked vehicle and removed Tupperware container with change

Kelsey Stephens, 21,1422 Lind reported between 2130,1-10 to 0700,1-11 rear window of her car was broken out while parked in front her residense no suspect

Amy Reichert, 26,1737 Chestnut reported between 1700, 1-10 to 0800,1-11 left taillight was broken while vehicle was parked in    front of her residence
