Arrest- Tricia Cramer 24 3100 State #C30 for DWLS, Uninsured Vehicle, and Obstructing Identification on 06/14/12 at 2235 hours.  NTA 

Arrest/Lodged- Brian Yates 38 620 Harrison Dr. for domestic battery at 624 Harrison Dr. on 06/19/12 at 1907 hours.  Lodged 

Arrest/Traffic- Nancy Nell 45 3201 Frese Dr. for failure to reduce speed to avoid accident at 30th and Oak on 06/19/12 at 1530 hours.  NTA  

Arrest/Warrant-  Connie Hiland 46 300 Cedar #10 for FTA Fighting and DWLR at 339 Cedar on 06/19/12 at 2355 hours.  Lodged 

Arrest/Warrant- Michael Lish 27 522 Elm for FTA DWLS and Operating Uninsured at 3613 Tonja Dr on 06/19/12 at 1844 hours.  Lodged  

Fighting- Connie Hiland 46 300 Cedar #10 for fighting at 339 Cedar on 06/19/12 at 2315 hours.  NTA 

Arrest - James M. Segler, 57, of Maynard, AR for Improper Turn at 8th & Cedar on 06-16-12 @ 2000 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest- Shelby L. Bowen, 18, of 1123 N. 6th for Retail Theft at The People's Choice Thrift Store located at 120 N. 5th on 06-07-12 @ 1513 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest - Jacob A. Hunter, 21, of 530 Monroe for Operating a Motorcycle on One Wheel, No Valid Registration, and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 27th & Broadway on 06-15-12 @ 1651 hours. Released on DL.

Arrest - Brendon D. Campbell, 19, of Lewistown, MO for FTA - Burglary and FTA - Retail Theft at 1300 Harrison on 06-20-12 @ 0810 hours. Lodged in the ACJ. 

Arrest - Tanner J. S. Little, 21, of 1135 State #3 for Riding a Bicycle on Left Side of Street on 13th, Payson to Washington, on 06-04-12 @ 1922 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest - Leisa M. Graupman, 50, of Stoutsville, MO for Improper Left Turn at 3rd & Hampshire on 06-20-12 @ 0753 hours. Released on PTC.

Arrest- Joel R. Lohmeyer, 31, Homeless, for an Original Arrest Warrant out of Lewis County, MO for Sex Offender in a Park at 1135 State #4 on 06-20-12 @ 0725 hours. Lodged in the ACJ.

Arrest- David O. Billingsley, 46, of 1510 N. 15th for Theft Under $500 at 4701Broadway (Turner Brothers) on 06-06-12. Released on cash bond.

Arrest - Jeremy R. Turner, 31, of 1802 Klauser Drive for Improper Display of Registration - Tinted License Plate Cover at 12th & Ohio on 06-19-12 @ 0822 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest - Wyatt R. Smith, 24, of Carthage, IL for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 22nd & Broadway on 06-18-12 @ 1645 hours. Released on NTA.

Burglary From Motor Vehicle- Michelle L. Hayes of Ballwin, MO reported that her unlocked 2008 Nissan was entered somewhere in Quincy between 2045 hours on 06-06-12 and 1920 hours on 06-07-12, and stole her Magellan GPS device. Hayes had no suspects.

Burglary From Motor Vehicle- John D. Moore of 1800 Curtis Creek Rd. reported that his unlocked 2008 Jeep was entered while parked in his driveway sometime between 2100 hours on 06-14-12 and 0600 hours on 06-15-12. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was stolen from the vehicle.

Burglary From Motor Vehicle- Donald A. Steinbrecher, an employee of River City Windows located at 403 Hampshire, reported that an unknown suspect broke out a window on his 1999 Dodge pickup truck and stole numerous power tools. Steinbrecher stated that the burglary occurred while his truck was parked at 403 Hampshire sometime between 1700 hours on 06-15-12 and 0700 hours on 06-16-12.

Criminal Damage to Property- Karen I. White, a representative of the Faith Assembly of God Church located at 4000 State, reported that an unknown individual(s) had attempted to steal two large rubber mats on the children's playground area. The mats were torn during the attempted theft. The damage occurred sometime between 2300 hours on 06-10-12 and 0500 hours on 06-15-12.

Criminal Damage to Property- Garry K. Fuller, an employee for the Quincy Housing Authority, reported that the coin tray on a washing machine located at 616 Cherry St. had been removed sometime before 06-17-12. Fuller had no suspects.

Criminal Damage to Property- Robin T. Schild, a Park Ranger for the City of Quincy, reported that the bathroom in the shelter house in Johnson Park (1901 Harrison) was damaged by three male juveniles on 06-11-12 around 1430 hours. The toilet seat was broken and garbage and debris were crammed into the toilet and sink drains.

Criminal Damage to Vehicle- Paul E. Moody, Sr. of 1525 Washington St. reported that his 2006 Kia was damaged while parked in front of his residence sometime between 0001 hours on 06-15-12 and 0800 hours on 06-16-12. The vehicle   appeared to have been keyed on the rear hatch and rear fender. Moody had no suspects in the damage to his vehicle.

Hit & Run - Matthew E. Bozarth, an employee for Advance Physical Therapy located at 3020 Broadway, reported that the company's 2000 Toyota was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked at the rear of the business           sometime between 1700 hours on 06-08-12 and 1700 hours on 06-09-12. The Toyota sustained damaged to the rear bumper and trunk lid areas. Bozarth had no suspect vehicle information.

Recovered Bicycle- An unknown brand green/black colored men's 24" bicycle was recovered from in front of 606 Cedar on 06-15-12 @ 0947 hours. Placed into the bicycle impound at QPD.

Recovered Property- Eddie R. Kamm, an employee of Mike's Pawn Shop located at 700 Maine, reported finding an abandoned set of golf clubs on the sidewalk outside of the business back on 05-24-12. Kamm called QPD on 06-12-12 and the clubs were recovered as other property.

ResidentialBurglary- Rae A. McIntee of 4628 Brandywine reported that her son's residence located at 1109 S. 22nd was forcibly entered while her son was in Israel. The glass on the rear door to the esidence had been smashed and entry gained sometime between 0930 and 1130 hours on 06-17-12. 

Theft $500 andUnder- Lauren A. Eston of 1116 N. 5th reported that she was over at her daughter's residence located at 1310 N. 4th to let her daughter's dogs out. Eston stated that she let her daughter's 4 month old Belgian Shepherd puppy out and went back inside. Eston stated that when she came back out a few minutes later, she noticed that the dog was gone.   Eston stated that the theft occurred around 0750 hours on 06-16-12. Eston stated that the dog was gray in color with a black muzzle and is named Titus.

Theft $500 and Under- Noelle M. Gibson of 1628 Oak reported the theft of $250.00 in U.S. Currency from her residence sometime between 2030 hours on 06-11-12 and 0735 hours on 06-12-12. Gibson's 18-year-old son had a party at the house that night and had several people at the residence.

Theft $500 and Under- Steven L. Albertson, owner of Albertson's Auto Body located at 115 S. 9th, reported the theft of a trailer tire from the business, which occurred sometime between 05-21-12 and 05-24-12. Albertson had no suspects.

Theft Over $500 - Jacqueline L. Quinn fo 1512 Zellerman Ave. reported that her daughter's {Jamie L. Cook (03-24-82)} washer and dryer were stolen from the front porch of the residence located at 1420 S. 8th sometime       between 05-24-12 and 05-25-12. Quinn reported the theft for her daughter on 06-12-12.
