Arrest / Traffic - Barbara A. Penn (60) of Payson IL, was arrested for improper passing in the 1500 block of Harrison on 10/19/12.

Criminal Damage - Xavier Colon of 425 Timber Ridge Ln. reports that walls and windows were damaged at 603 No. 6th sometime between 10-8 and 10-9.

Arrest- Zachary I. Nall, 17, of 4820 Hwy 24 East for Speeding at 39th & Columbus Rd. on 10-19-12 @ 1436 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest - Andrew C. Vaughn, 18, of 2120 Josephine for Disobeying a Stop Sign at 6th & Jackson on 10-19-12 @ 0740 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest - Sara D. Jarvis, 28, of 2005 Van Buren for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 6th & Jefferson on 10-19-12 @ 0723 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest- Lawrence A. Hutmacher, 47, of 1139 Hutmacher Rd. for DWLS and Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 12th & Cherry on 10-19-12 @ 1024 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest- Ernest M. Baldwin, 21, of Carthage, IL for Failure to Wear Seatbelt at 17th & Broadway on 10-19-12 @ 1238 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest - Lawrence A. Hutmacher, 47, of 1139 Hutmacher Rd. for FTA - Seatbelt and FTA - Small Claims at 16th & Sycamore on 10-19-12 @ 1024 hours. Lodged in the ACJ. 

Arrest - Angela M. Fisher, 37, of 642 Kentucky for Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance and Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 7th & State on 10-20-12 @ 1242 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest - William G. Fritz, 52, of 133 S. 4th #504 for Failure to Yield - Private Drive, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and DWLS at 2431 N. 5th on 10-19-12 @ 1109 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest - Melissa A. Milliken, 38, of 829 Washington for No Valid DL - Expired Less Than 1 Year at 12th & Washington on 10-19-12 @ 1630 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest- Kimberly N. A. Ward (Greer), 18, of 200 Maine #352 and Alexis D. Greer, 29, also of 200 Maine #352 for Fighting at their residence on 10-18-12 @ 1651 hours. Both subjects were released on a NTA. 

Arrest - Sarah E. VanFleet, 21, of Fowler, IL for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 36th & College on 10-20-12 @ 0954 hours. Released on DL.

Arrest- Brian S. Voss, 43, of 720 Jefferson for FTA - Traffic Offense out of Pike County, IL on Jefferson, 7th to 8th, on 10-20-12 @ 1429 hours. Lodged in the ACJ. 

Arrest - Kara W. Bolen, 25, of 2808 Parkwood Drive for Improper Backing at 10th & Broadway on 10-19-12 @ 1255 hours. Released on NTA. 

Burglary From Motor Vehicle- Kerry L. Walker of 3100 State Apt. A1 reported that her locked vehiclewas entered while parked at 200 N. 8th sometime between 1030 and 1145 hours on 10-16-12. Walker stated that the unknown suspect stole her wallet out of her purse, which she had left lying on the front passenger side floorboard. Walker stated that she had left her front passenger side window down approximately 4 inches, and felt that was how the suspect was able to gain entry into her vehicle. Walker stated that her wallet contained an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, a credit card, and ID cards as well. 

Criminal Damage to Property- Donna J. Kerkhoff of 1303 S. 30th reported that an unknown suspect(s) tore the cloth faces off of her Halloween ornaments that were sitting in her front yard sometime between 2200 hours on 10-13-12 and 1000 hours on 10-14-12. 

Criminal Damage to Vehicle- Tiffany D. Leezy of Mendon, IL reported that an unknown suspect loosened numerous lugnuts on her vehicle while it was parked on the Sears lot located at 3400 Quincy Mall, sometime between 0840 and 1415 hours on 10-11-12. Leezy stated that when the suspect loosened the lug nuts that they scratched them up with the tool they were using.

Fire Investigation - Cason E. Muehring of 3206 Rutledge Place reported that an unknown suspect damaged his 1996 GMC Top Kick 6500 truck while it was parked at 3001 Broadway sometime between 1700 hours on 10-07-12 and 1600 hours on 10-10-12. Muehring stated that gasoline had been poured into the cab of the truck and had been lit on fire, causing damage to the inside of his truck. Muehring had no suspects in the fire/criminal damage to his vehicle. 

Hit & Run - Paulette J. Vahlkamp of 3519 Melodie Lane reported that her 2005 Toyota was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked at 927 Broadway, sometime between 0915 and 0945 hours on 10-16-12. A yellow paint transfer was left on the driver's door of her vehicle.

Residential Burglary- Marla K. Stinnett of 2413 Crystal Ave. reported that her son's residence at 529 N. 3rd had been entered by unknown means and numerous items had been stolen, sometime between 09-24-12 and 10-02-12. The stolen items included a 40" flat screen TV, numerous power tools, clothing, and a red/black colored lawn mower. Stinnett had no suspects in the burglary.
