Arrest/lodged- Isaiah T Wigfall, 29, Quincy for FTA Malicious Mischief. He was located at 7th and Cedar on 10-18-12 at 1606 hrs. Lodged.

Damage to City Property- David Kent reported the fire hydrant on the NW corner of 18/Broadway had been hit by a semi. The hydrant was torn from its base.

Recovered Bicycle- Michael R Tipton 57 805 S 12th recovered a purple and white Roadmaster MC-Sport at the rear of his residence. Placed in bike impound.

Retail Theft- Kenna L Obert 51 837 Jefferson County Market reported two W/M entered the store and took a gallon bottle of Captain Morgan without paying for it

Theft Over $500- James A Curry 47 3100 State Apt B18 reported that his estranged wife Sheryl Curry 44 515 Spring Lake Dr stol $515 from the business which they both own.

Towed Vehicle- Silver 07 Licoln was towed from 20/State. The driver Travis Waschenbach was arrested for DUI and Leaving the scene of an accident. Vehicle was towed to Niehaus

Arrest- Irais M. Chavez, 25, of 1527 Locust for Speeding in a School Zone With Children Present at 30th & Maine on 10-18-12 @ 0727 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest- Todd J. Dietrich, 49, of 3903 Ghost Hollow Rd. for Expired Registration Sticker at 8th & State on 10-18-12 @ 1535 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest - Grover B. Ellerman, 50, of 1061 E. 1500th St. for Expired Registration Sticker at 6th & Vermont on 10-18-12 @ 0916 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest - Rex A. Hicks, 26, of 1027 1/2 Kentucky for Failure to Wear Seatbelt - Passenger at 16th & Broadway on 10-18-12 @ 1359 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest - Jonathan D. Strawman, 42, of 1710 Center Granview for Operation of Motor Vehicle While Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Improper use of Registration at 5th & Adams on 10-19-12 @ 1050 hours. Released on DL and cash bond. 

Arrest - Linda Inghram 63,2033 Curved Ck, arrested failure yield private drive 6 Hampshire on 10-16 at 1055   nta

Arrest - Jane Peterson 58,2724 Payson Rd arrested improper backing ,24 Broadway on 10-19 at 0656  nta

Arrest - Chad Harper 36,1123 N7th,arrested DWLS,Reg Sup non Ins ,8 Maple on 10-19 at 0722, released   cash bond

Arrest - Chaka Khan Batley, 35, of Fowler, IL for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 33rd & Maine on 10-17-12 @ 1401 hours. Released on NTA.

Arrest - Richard C. Bigelow, 83, of 130 Park Plaza for Failure to Yield - Stop Sign at 12th & Spring on 10-19-12 @ 1344 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest- Kiersten A. Powell, 18, of 2541 Chestnut for Improper Backing at her residence on 10-08-12 @ 1646 hours. Released on NTA. 

Burglary From Motor Vehicle- David K. Garkie of 615 N. 5th Apt. 7 reported that his 1999 Chevy passenger car had been entered sometime between 1100 and 1212 hours on 10-14-12. Garkie stated that the lock mechanism on the front driver's door had been damaged to gain entry into his vehicle. Garkie stated that loose change, a small amount of U.S. Currency, and music CD's were stolen from his vehicle. Garkie had no suspects. 

Theft $500 and under- Golda B. Manley of 2130 Harrison St. Apt. #418 reported the theft of U.S. Currency from her bedroom between 0800 and 0900 hours on 10-16-12. Manley had no suspects in the theft. 

Theft $500 and Under- Lauren M. Costigan, a manager for the Children's Place located at 3380 Quincy Mall, reported on 10-08-12 that an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency had been stolen from the business sometime between 1740 and 2230 hours on 10-07-12. Investigation to continue. 

Theft Over $500 - Michael T. VanHecke, who is the Branch Manager for Connors Plumbing located at 1328 Seminary Rd., reported that approximately $4500 worth of copper pipe fittings had been stolen from the outside of the business sometime between 09-17-12 and 10-15-12. VanHecke had no suspects in the theft. 

Theft Over $500- Brian S. Burwinkel, an employee at Luby Equipment located at 2625 N. 24th, reported that the door to a skid steer had been removed sometime between 1700 hours on 10-01-12 and 0630 hours on 10-02-12. Burwinkel stated that a bunch of hoses for the sameskid steer had also been removed. Burwinkel had no suspects.
