Arrest/Warrants- David W. Allen (19) of 115 So. 8th, was arrested at 413 So. 4th on 10/16/12 for several outstanding warrants.  1. AC / FTA Forgery 2. AC /FTA Exp. Registration 3. OV / FTA Consumption of liquor by a minor. Lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Arrest/Lodged- Barnell J. Trass, 31, 1000 N. 4th, for 4 warrants for FTA-Trespassing atthe Adams Co. Jail. At 1530 hrs of 10/15/12.  Lodged at the Adams Co. Jail. 

Arrest- Evelyn L Ellis 32 of 639 Payson arrested for Driving License Revoked at 12 Vermont on 10-16 at 0930 hrs  nta     

Arrest- Mary L Florea 34 of 2513 Rocky Run Road arrested on 10-16 at 0749 hrs speeding in school zone 8 Maple  nta

Arrest- Shawna J Walbert 24 of 1131 1/2 Vermont apt B2 arrested for operating uninsured vehicle on 10-15 at 1221,8 th Hampshire   released on D/L  

Arrest- Michael Bloodson 30 of 4613 S Drexel Blvd Apt 3B Chicago Il was arrest for trespassing at 540 Harrison DR on 10-11 at 0957 hrs released cash bond

Arrest- Christina Kelch 26 of 323 N 13 arrested for operating uninsured vehicle and cell phone in a school zone at 8 Maple on 10-15-12 at 0749 hrs 

Arrest- Sue McLennan 62 of 2231 Hampshire was arrested for improper lane usage on 10-15-12 at 1429 hrs  2300 blk Broadway     nta

Criminal damage to Vehicle- June Freeman 51 of 2829 Ray Mar CT reported  on 10-10 her mechanic belives someone may have drained oil from her 2001 Ford causing the engine to lockup she stated the engine started knocking approx one month before the engine locked up no suspects

Criminal Damage to Vehicle- Machell M Swire 34 of 212 Sumac Ln Schaumberg Il reports the hood of his 2011 Nissan was keyed between 2030 hrs on 10-6 to 0930 hrs 10-7 while parked at 620 so 14   

Hit/Run- Kimberly Glasgow 43 of 601 so 17 reports between 1730 hrs on 10-10 to 0705 hrs on 10-11 left side of her 2011 Kia was struck while parked in front of her house no suspects

Hit/Run- Hal Broadwater 66 of 1641 Silverthorne Dr reports over past week right front bumper of 2012 Volkswagen was struck at unknown location in Quincy

Theft- Debra L Brickman 43 of 1407 N 7 report between 1545 hrs to 1634 hrs on 10-11 a washer /dryer was stolen from backyard
