Can't afford public safety? That's one of very few things a city its suppose to afford! And the CPI comment on this thread its a very good point and it appears these men and women have taken less than that. How can anyone complain?

Sarah Rogers allegedly misappropriated an elderly man's credit card

The Adams County Sherif'fs Office arrested a Payson woman Wednesday following a four month long investigation.

The investigation included the fraudulant use of an elderly male's credit card by deceptive practice.  At the conclusion of the investigation, Adams County Sheriff's Office arrested Sarah A. Rogers of Payson in connection with the case. She faces charges of Theft over $500 by deception.

Rogers,37, was lodged in the Adams County Jail where she later posted bond and received a later court date.
