Keep it up people we are setting a precedent and its only as matter of time before the stars and stripes have to be removed/changed due to protest from native Americans, or Al Sharpton (lets be honest the north had slaves just like the south). John Wood Community College will host a free Nursing Information Night Wednesday, November 28, at 7 p.m. in the Mary Ellen Orr Auditorium on the JWCC Quincy campus at 48th and Harrison

John Wood Community College will host a Nursing Information Night Wednesday, November 28, at 7 p.m. in the Mary Ellen Orr Auditorium on the JWCC Quincy campus at 48th and Harrison. The event is free and open to the public. No reservations are necessary.

The event is designed to assist students in preparing for admission to the JWCC nursing program and how it connects with regional and national healthcare careers.  Information about program requirements, length, scheduling, academic support, financial aid and career paths will be provided. 

Participants will learn more about the requirements, pre-requisites, application deadlines and process for the program.  More information and applications for JWCC’s nursing program are available at https://www.jwcc.edu/nursing .  Students are encouraged to prepare for the evening by reviewing the information on the web prior the meeting.   This will be the last information night prior to the application deadline for fall 2013 classes.
