Leon Bernard Harden is arrested in Hannibal
The Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force executed at search warrant at 212 Willow, Hannibal, Missouri, which resulted in the seizure of a firearm and marijuana.
On Thursday, August 16, NEMO Task Force, assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, Lewis County Sheriff’s Department and the LaGrange Police Department executed a search warrant at 212 Willow, Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri. The search resulted in the seizure of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a firearm. Leon Bernard Harden, who was present during the search warrant, was arrested at the scene.
Harden was placed on a 24 hour investigative hold for three counts of sale of a controlled substance, with two of them being within 2000 feet of a school. Later that same day, the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Harden with a Class B Felony of one count of Sale of a Controlled Substance. Judge David Mobley issued a warrant for Harden with a bond set at $100,000 cash only. Harden remains lodged in the Marion County Jail.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. More arrests and charges may be pending.
