Man arrested on outstanding warrants for predatory criminal sexual abuse

Quincy Police have arrested a man on outstanding warrants for predatory criminal sexual abuse.

Police have arrested James Edward Coons, 61, of 300 Maple, Quincy.

Police say Coons was arrested without incident for an outstanding warrant that was issued on him for Predatory Sexual Assault/Abuse that occurred during the time frame of 2002-2007. 

The alleged victim is a girl who, at the time of the incidents, was between 7 and 12 years old.
