Multiple arrests from multiple meth busts over last 24 hours

Four arrested Thursday night and one arrested Friday morning
Two search warrants served Thursday night in Quincy resulted in four people being arrested on meth charges.
At 7 p.m. the West Central Illinois Task Force, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, and the Quincy Police Department went to 1200 South 19th Street. Agents seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Arrested were 37 year old Ronald S Clifton and 29 year old Nicole L Steinkuhler. DCFS placed a minor in the home with a relative and will investigate.
Two hours later a second search warrant was issued at 602 North 5th Street Apt. 5. Agents found meth and drug paraphernalia. 57 year old Teddy E Pendleton and 39 year old Preston A Holland were arrested at the scene.
A Quincy man was arrested Friday morning as part of an on going methamphetamine investigation.
26 year old Jacob L. Shipe was transported to the Adams County Jail after the Quincy Police Department executed a search warrant at his home on 2515 N. 12th.
Meth, packaging for items used in the production of meth and a firearm were seized at the residence.
Shipe was lodged on a class X felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphamine with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a firearm and firearm ammunition without a FOID card.
