Tanner Bryant Finton was the first baby of 2013 at Blessing Hospital. He was born at 9:51 pm on Wednesday, January 2, the son of Tasha and Steve Finton of Carthage.

Tanner weighed seven pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. He was delivered by Dr. Gina Dietrich of Quincy Medical Group.

Tanner has two brothers, Coy and Lane. His grandparents are John Wilson of Hamilton and Carla Mathewson of Carthage, and Helen and Bobby Finton of Warsaw.
