DRUM57IX - Committee sends new garbage and recycle trucks plan to Quincy City Council - Quincy, IL News - Quinc
At the very least, deal with the parasite that is recycling. Its a complete money pit, costing the city more money to dump recycle than it is to just take that waste and put it in a landfill...not to mention, it puts more trucks in service, costing more to maintain, and more guys to use those trucks...AND IT DOESN'T COLLECT ANY REVENUE FOR THE CITY! Either charge people to recycle, or get rid…

Before going with the new trucks version, offer the private company a six year (instead of ten) deal, at a 15% discount from their current price. Does the "old guard" have a better idea, that isn't just about protecting city workers?…

"former Adams County Assistant State's Attorney and a former member of the Quincy School Board" WOW ... so they draw the line at murder? The protected elite class can't really get away with anything and everything? Of course there is still a long ways to go, due process, especially for the connected, and all that. Is he closely related to any prominent judges, or is murder too…

WARNING!! If this case gets assigned to Easy Ed Parkinson.... the fix is in. Just like it's been in since 2006. Remember what happened with those other cases involving Parkinson and public officials or attorneys (Cashman) BTW, Mr. Lovelace is on wife #3 (that we know about)
