Tom Friye, owner & past President of Bergman Nurseries, Inc, has retired after 41 years in the landscape business. 

After being employed 28 years as a landscape designer / architect, Friye purchased the business from the Bergman family with his three sons, Todd, Travis, & Trevor, who continue operating the business. Friye will remain as a consultant & Chairman of the Board. 

During his career, Friye worked with hundreds of residential and commercial clients in the tri-state area, creating beautiful landscape designs and developing great friendships.   

Bergman Nurseries, a full service nursery and garden center, will celebrate its 75th anniversary next year and is located at 3715 North 12th Street in Quincy.
