Careers: James Riley, Good Samaritan Home

The Good Samaritan Home and the Western Association of the Illinois Conference of the United Church of Christ announces the formal installation of James E. Riley to the office of Chaplain on Sunday, February 12, 2012. The service will be conducted in the Wee Kirk Chapel at Good Samaritan Home at 4:00 pm.
Mr. Riley is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian College. He served 4 years as the pulpit minister in Bradford, PA, before moving to Quincy to serve the Quincy Church of Christ from 2001 to 2010. Mr. Riley has been the acting Chaplain at Good Samaritan since July of 2010, and has also served in the Blessing Hospital Volunteer Chaplain program for more than 10 years and as its President twice.
The public is invited to attend the Installation Service which will be followed by a reception at Good Samaritan at 2130 Harrison Street in Quincy.
