Dr. Anthony Biggs, Medical Director of Sports Medicine and Therapy Services at Quincy Medical Group, was recently recognized as a Certified ImPACT Consultant (CIC).  With this designation, Dr. Biggs has become the only certified consultant in the Tri-State area and indicates that the concussion management protocols at QMG are recognized as best practice by ImPACT. ImPACT© (Immediate Post-concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) provides brain function testing for athletes whose data would be used to better manage a concussion should such an injury occur.
