I do believe the QPD cuts effect the citizens of Quincy less than the QFD cuts. I'm not aware of any recent increase in crime other than the unfortunate shooting of a young man that would not have been prevented if we doubled the number of officers on the street. As for QFD...I happen to live on the edge of the city and the nearest fire station is about 3 miles away. Nobody has ever demanded…

The wasted Hydro dollars would have provided for four officers for the next 10 years based on current cost. But the Dems spent the money in the city and the Dems spent the money in Springfield. They kicked the can down the road so they could look good.to the voters. When it comes to safety Quincy needs more police than it does firemen. Our cops are on the street 24-7 handling all kinds of situations…

TSS opens Hannibal office

8 months ago by

Renee Schofield, CEO of TSS Inc, has announced that TSS will open a location in Hannibal, MO, effective immediately. TSS will be located at 18 Northport Plaza in Hannibal. This office will be available for appointments by calling (217) 223-2300.

“I am so happy to have the opportunity to bring our service selection to the community of Hannibal. After our initial purchase of an existing Hannibal company, it became clear that our clients desire to continue to have a local provider with nationally trained staff. This is also a natural expansion to partner with our Keokuk, IA location”.

TSS offers a wide variety of workplace and community services. Some of those are: background screening, paternity testing, surface drug screening and full service Department of Transportation consortium management. “I am pleased to have local personnel in our offices, with their national certificates, working in Hannibal. It is important to know that the person handling your federally mandated drug program know exactly what to do and when. TSS specializes in DOT drug screening programs to support our clients.”

The company also has a safety division for policy review, writing and education. TSS instructors also offer CPR/First Aid, Reasonable Suspicion and Designated Employer Representative Training.

A grand opening will be held in the coming weeks.

For more information about TSS, please visit the website at www.tss-safety.com or our Facebook page.
