As the parent of QND grads and a QND alum myself and the parent of current QHS students, I can say that the biggest advantage that QND supplies to its graduates is the intangible "cache" attached to a private school education. College admissions and job recruiters look at and react to the private school education differently than they do to a public school education. This is not without good reason…

It seems pretty obvious his point was, business "A" trying to make a living is interfering with the city of Quincy to do a cheaper job so to make things "fair" we will just make it illegal to do business with anyone other than us. Seems kind of tyrannical in a way, which to me goes against the principals of the constitution.

Well, that certainly explains all the deaths in Chicago. Especially the black 9 year old that was executed 2 days ago and not a white cop insight. So much for your crap. Next you will want the cops to shoot the gun or knife out of their hand.

Aron J Scheufele, 42, Edmond, OK for failure to yield left turn at 310 N 36th on 6-28-14 at 1126 hrs.  NTA.

Kenneth M Liebold, 30, 2403 Maine for failure to secure child under 8 in appropriate restraint at 18th and Chestnut on 6/28/14 at 1035 hrs. 

Amy E Waterkotte, 45, 2807 College Ave for failure to wear seatbelt at 18th and Chestnut on 6-28-14 at 0944 hrs.  NTA. 

Paul H Schumm, 45, 2526 W Valley View for peace disturbance at West Valley View Drive on 6-27-14 at 0619 hrs.  NTA. 

Precious G Bailey, 19, 1400 S 17th for failure to yield from a stop sign at 28th and Broadway on 6-27-14 at 1446 hrs.  NTA.

Shawn A Derboven, 29, Emden, MO for failure to wear seatbelt at 12th and Spring on 6-27-14 at 0657 hrs.  PTC.  

Eric L Piner, 36, Taylor, MO for FTA Agg DUI.  He was located at 5211 Broadway on 6-28-14 at 1314 hrs.  Lodged

Timothy M. Herring (47) of Quincy was arrested for home invasion and resisting a peace officer at 400 1/2 Oak on 6/28/14.  He was lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Lamar Coulter  (20) and Calvin Lamont Antonio Snell (19), both of Chicago, along with Quintez F. Johnson (19) of 316 S. 10th were  arrested for robbery that occurred in the 700 block of North 7th on 6/27/14.

Lamar Coulter (20) of Chicago IL was arrested for Aggravated Battery at 18th Chestnut to Cherry on 6/27/14. Coulter was lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Troy L. Smith (37) of 1510 Park Place was arrested for Domestic Battery at 314 Elm on 6/27/14.  He was lodged in the Adams County Jail. 

Lena R. Kelly (59) of 611 Country Club Heights #124 was arrested for expired registration at 8th and Broadway on 6/28/14. 

Alexandria C. Bruner (23) of 1601 So. 24th was arrested for no seatbelt at 8th and Jefferson on 6/27/14.

Jason L. Tournear (40) of 1208 No. 7th was arrested for Animal Cruelty Treatment at 1208 No. 7th on 6/27/14.  Lodged in the ACJ.

Eric A. Sass (47) of 2063 Maple was arrested for No Seatbelt at 18th and Jefferson on 6/27/14. 

Tamara E. Meredith (43) 1222 Jefferson was arrested for No Seatbelt at 20th and Jefferson on 6/26/14.

Rome W. Nieders (62) of 1529 So. 8th was arrested for No Seatbelt at 18th and Jefferson on 6/27/14.

Robin M. Hessling (55) of 1415 Lakeshore Dr. South was arrested for No Seatbelt at 18th and Jefferson on 6/27/14. 

Troy E. Brewer (49) of 505 Locust Rear Apt. was arrested at his  residence on 6/27/14 for FTA operating uninsured vehicle/expired registration and improper display.  He was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
