Curious as to why the guy who hit me and ran isn't listed on here. He was charged and booked with a lot of chargers.

Better is subjective. If you're a business owner, Rauner has said he wants to cut your business taxes to make a friendlier environment. If you hire a service, Rauner wants to create a new "Service Tax" that would hit consumers of more than 2 dozen services. We already know what Quinn's done to taxes. So I guess the answer to "better" is.......neither, really.

This man is a Chicago gangster politician just like the rest of em, looks like he is gonna have trouble coming up for sending armed thugs to the homes of people who signed a petition to get a Libertarian on the ballot (Chad Grimm) If we support this man we are no better than Blago.

Bergman hired as QHS girls basketball coach

2 months, 1 week ago by Bob Gough

For the second time in less than two months, Quincy High School has looked just a few miles to the east to find a basketball coach.

The Quincy School Board hired Brad Bergman to run the QHS girls basketball program.

Bergman replaces Demond Dade, who resigned following a winless 2013-2014 campaign.

Bergman had coached at Liberty High School and previously at Southeastern High School. He also served as an assistant at John Wood Community College.

In May, Quincy hired Andy Douglas as the new boys basketball coach, who was the Liberty boys coach.
