Jail. 

James L. Osborne, 62, 537 Hampshire, for Fighting, at 527 N. 8th, at 1746 hrs of 05/17/14.  Released on NTA. 

Stacy R. Schmitt, 43, 1327 Hwy 24, Fowler, Il., for a warrant for FTA-Small Claims, at Gardner Expressway and Jackson, at 1705 hrs of          05/21/14.  Lodged in the Adams Co. Jail. 

Gary M. Raleigh, 26, 633 Lind, for a warrant for FTA-Domestic Battery, at his residnece at 1342 hrs of 05/21/14.  Lodged in the Adams Co. Jail.
