Not without another subsidy which ain't gonna' happen since Essential AIr Service is no longer a justification when you have an airline operating already.

If we were able to get an airline that goes to Chicago along with cape air that goes to St. Louis, we'd easily hit the mark. I wonder if any companies that fly out of midway in Chicago would do some kind of flight to Quincy.

I'm not endorsing the idea, just explaining how I read it. It seemed pretty clear from your comment about requiring enplanements that you didn't understand what he was saying.

QSD Superintendent forms committee to find QHS girls bball coach

Quincy Superintendent of Schools Steve Cobb has formed Search Committee to fill the position of Blue Devil Girls Basketball Coach.

The Quincy School District asked for and received the resignation of coach Demond Dade last month following a winless 2013-2014 season.

QPS Athletic Director, Bill Sanders and Board member Sayeed Ali will chair the committee, which consists of the following people:

Ruth Kipping

Shyy Cartmill

Schyler Engel

Jennifer Bordenkircher

Danielle Edgar

Kerry Anders

Gary Handrick

Diane Glaub

Amy Kelley

Dave Boster, Quincy Public Schools Human Resources Director

Bill Sanders, Quincy Public Schools Athletic Director

Sayeed Ali – Quincy Public Schools Board Member
