No, he is not mentally disabled just selfish. He lost his job and I am sure he felt like he was going to pay it back. Unfortunately, he had horrible living conditions with people that didn't help the situation. He, I am sure, didn't realize that monitor all of that if his moms bills weren't being paid first. It should be noted that the responsibility for the problems presented are solely in the hand of the administrators and not the teachers. Many teachers have been complaining about this for a long time. It finally took one to leave QPS and report it. Seems QPS doesn't encourage ethical behavior inside the walls.

Reputable nursing facilities DO NOT take control of the elderly person's estate and "deposit it into their own pockets", Chris. Legally (and ethically) they are prevented from doing so. QPD takes down naked man with samurai sword

Suspect was subdued by TASER

Just before 10:30 this morning, Quincy Police responded to a call in the 300 block of South 10th in response to a mentally disturbed naked man in someone's yard.

When the first officer arrived, the man went inside his residence and came back out with a samurai sword. He bagan swinging the sword in the direction of onlookers.

The officer then used a TASER to subdue the man. The suspect was taken to Blessing Hospital after other officers arrived, but there were no injuries.

The man is not expected to face charges, according to a QPD news release.
