And you're making the opposite mistake....saying that each thing, when added together, becomes a total justification. That's not how you justify expenditures. You have to make the case for EACH item in it's own right. And you do that compared to what it would cost to fix it in place...assuming you do have to fix it...which apparently we don't...because it hasn't been done.…

But if everything is already under construction, there is nothing that can be done. I have been involved with a lot of bid projects and there are always cost overruns. In fact, the contractors live for the over runs as it is how they make extra money. The words will be "change orders" and everyone will just have to bend over. If this was a responsible persons car it would of not got this bad, they would of took care of these issues as they came along, rather than waiting to dump 3 grand in at one time. Burglary Anthony Sohn of Sohn Floor 709 Maine reports the business was entered sometime between 3/27 and 4/10.  Numerous tools were taken.

Burglary to vehicle Laurel Legreid of Payson reports her vehicle was entered while parked at 217 Stadium Drive.  Her purse and contents were taken.

Drive off County Market Express at 1705 Harrison reports a red or maroon colored Ford Explorer drove off without paying for $66 in gas on 4/5.

Hit and run Nicole Erickson of Arkansas reports her vehicle was hit while parked at 1535 State on 4/6.  

Theft Kayla Sebier of 517 Chestnut reports her wallet was stolen from her residence between 4/16 and 4/19. 

 

Criminal Damage to Vehicles Maria K. McPherson, 1420 Quail Creek Dr., reported all four tires were cut on her Honda and Caleb D. Arns, 2133 Hamphire, reported two of the tires on his Dodge were cut, while the cars were parked at the Casion Starlite, 1201 N. 20th, between 2130/2305 hrs of 04/17/14.
