The plug in digital CO monitors are nice. For like $25 mine gives a reading when it is over 30. I believe that yes an individual should have the freedom to decide for themselves whether they join a union and get a job. However, I disagree with letting a vote of the people determine if collective bargaining is allowed. We're suppose to have representative government not pure democracy, which is anarchy.
