Quincy City Hall experiencing phone/voice mail problems

During the course of the telephone system maintenance performed April 8, 2014 the City of Quincy’s phone system experienced a major hardware malfunction. 

Until further notice the voicemail system of the City is out of service.  If calling City Hall and any of its facilities please do not leave a voicemail as they are not retrievable. This applies to any voicemails left since Tuesday, April 8, 2014. 

The public will be notified when the system is operational again.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are working to have the system operational as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
