I guess at the end of the day yes I see term limits as a good idea, however we do not need them legislated for them to be in effect. More than the political leaders in this country the voters are the problem, we continue to elect bad leader after bad leader, not knowing or not understanding the voter can easily term limit any politician on their ballot. Right now we have the gov the people want (regardless…

Trusted climate guru Al Gore claimed his science said 75% chance the Northern ice cap would be ice free in summer by 2012. But it is now normal and global ice is now above normal. In 2008 he just flat out claimed the entire northern ice cap would be gone in five years ... they managed to get that lie scrubbed from YouTube, but it is still out there.

United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change lead author Hans von Storch said, we are finding it very difficult to reconcile actual temperature trends with our expectations," Another lead author, Harvard professor Robert Stavins has accused government officials from…

1 year, 1 month ago by

Quincy Police have made an arrest following a nearly two year investigation.

QPD was notified by a nursing home that they suspected one of their residents was being exploited by a family member.

On Wednesday, officers arrested Kevin Fortman, 56, of rural Quincy. Fortman allegedly misused a large, undisclosed sum of money that belonged to an 84 year old man.

Fortman faces charges of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly. He was released and is scheduled for a court appearance on April 15.
