If I am not mistaken, the loan amount from the revolving loan fund has a maximum of $50,000 and cannot exceed the amount of the participating bank's loan. The West Central Illinois Task Force and the Adams County Sheriffs Office served a search warrant late Monday night

The West Central Illinois Task Force and the Adams County Sheriffs Office
served a search warrant late Monday night at 1639 1/2 Locust in Quincy.
The search resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine manufacturing
materials, meth, cannabis, and drug paraphernalia.  Arrested without
incident were residents David E. Bruce, age 36, Shana M. Anderson, age 33,
and Kimberly C. Cook, age 44.  Also arrested was Faron J. Cook, age 41 of
83 E 1900th in Plainville.

Bruce and Anderson were each arrested for Methamphetamine Manufacturing
Materials.  Kimberly and Faron Cook were arrested for Unlawful Possession
of Cannabis, less than 2.5 grams.  Bruce and Anderson were transported to
the Adams County Jail were they were lodged.  The Cook's were released on a
Notice to Appear.

The Quincy Police Department Street Crimes Unit assisted in the raid.  All
subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
