Tricia G Johnson, 44, 1223 Hampshire and Eric M McClelon, 35, 617 S 17th for fighting at 1223 Hampshire on 2-8-14 at 1249 hrs.  NTA.  

Theodore A Derhake, 29, 633 S 12th for uninsured vehicle at 11th and  Kentucky on 2-12-14 at 1705 hrs.  NTA

Marty R Decker, 43, Maywood, MO for no valid registration at 24th and Locust on 2-12-14 at 1529 hrs.  PTC.
