Wow! He was able to get all the talking points in there. To bad an alderman doesn't have the power to fix the public safety pensions. Oh and if he could put all future police officers on 401k plans, who will fund the pensions for all the current employees? After this interview, it sounds like Heinecke may be the best choice. Sad!!

Tricia G Johnson, 44, 1223 Hampshire and Eric M McClelon, 35, 617 S 17th for fighting at 1223 Hampshire on 2-8-14 at 1249 hrs.  NTA.  

Theodore A Derhake, 29, 633 S 12th for uninsured vehicle at 11th and  Kentucky on 2-12-14 at 1705 hrs.  NTA

Marty R Decker, 43, Maywood, MO for no valid registration at 24th and Locust on 2-12-14 at 1529 hrs.  PTC.
