It appears Quinn is smarter than Obama, at least Quinn has enough sense to order Ebola exposed people to stand a 21 day quarantine even if Obama won't stop travel between west Africa and America.

Man, 22, allegedly had sex with girl under the age of 17

On February 7, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Andrew MacLeod of Louisville, Kentucky for criminal sexual assault.

The investigation revealed MacLeod had sexual contact with a juvenile female under the age of 17 at a residence in Liberty.

MacLeod was lodged in the Adams County Jail without bond.
