Thank you qfingers!!!. There are countless reasons against anybody compiling a DNA database for any reason. Way too much room for errors, manipulation, and outright abuse.

Jessica A Knowles, 25, 301 Cedar for FTA driving while license suspended.  She was located at 301 Cedar on 2-8-14 at 1410 hrs. 

Natosha W DeWeese, 32, Ursa, IL for driving while license suspended at 3rd Lind to Elm on 2-8-14 at 0859 hrs.  NTA.  

Codi M Douse, 18, Hannibal, MO for unlawfull assemblage at 140 N 24th on 2-8-14 at 0554 hrs.  NTA.
