DRUM57IX - Committee sends new garbage and recycle trucks plan to Quincy City Council - Quincy, IL News - Quinc
At the very least, deal with the parasite that is recycling. Its a complete money pit, costing the city more money to dump recycle than it is to just take that waste and put it in a landfill...not to mention, it puts more trucks in service, costing more to maintain, and more guys to use those trucks...AND IT DOESN'T COLLECT ANY REVENUE FOR THE CITY!
