I’m sure some legal expert will correct me if I am wrong but, my understanding is that for libel to be involved it would need to be proven that the statement was false, that I knew the statement was false and some type of damages occurred. The plug in digital CO monitors are nice. For like $25 mine gives a reading when it is over 30. I believe that yes an individual should have the freedom to decide for themselves whether they join a union and get a job. However, I disagree with letting a vote of the people determine if collective bargaining is allowed. We're suppose to have representative government not pure democracy, which is anarchy.

Clayton man accused of sexually abusing 12-year-old girl

Patrick Stabler being held in the Adams Co. Jail

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Clayton, Illinois man on Saturday. 

36-year-old Patrick D. Stabler was arrested on two counts of criminal sexual abuse and taken to the Adams County Jail. He is accused of sexual abuse against a 12 year old girl. 

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stabler following an investigation of the reported abuse.

Stabler’s bond has not been set and he is in the Adams Co. Jail pending his first court appearance.
