I’m sure some legal expert will correct me if I am wrong but, my understanding is that for libel to be involved it would need to be proven that the statement was false, that I knew the statement was false and some type of damages occurred. Four Burlington Northern Santa Fe cars are off the rails

Quincy authorities report four railraod cars have derailed near Bonansinga Drive on the Quincy Riverfront.

The location of the accident is north of The Pier Restaurant. 

Burlington Northern Santa Fe operates the trains. KHQA reports a railroad offical says the derailment caused by a problem with a track switch.

A load of soybeans was spilled and officials hope to clear the site tomorrow morning.
