I think the city and its contractors have done a super job of cleaning up our city. There are still a lot of broken sidewalks, tree stumps/root balls and holes in streets but it all takes time. Thank you Kyle and Aldermen/Women for your quick action. Let's hope it doesn't ever happen again.

                                             Camrell K Mikkelsen, 27, Quincy

                                             Paula J Feldman, 56, New London, MO

                                             Failure to secure child under 16 in proper restaint:

                                             Bonnie J Dent, 65, Williams, AZ

                                             Nathan P Seaman, 39, Quincy

Camdon P Steinkoenig, 17, 4210 Ellington Rd for faiure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 12th and Spring on 12-30-13 at 1210 hrs.

Scott A Baze, 52, 6733 St Ludgenus Rd for operating uninsured vehicle at 20th and Jefferson on 12-31-13 at 0724 hrs.  NTA. 

Holly A Cannady, 23, 1529 Washington for shoplifting at Walmart, 5211 Broadway on 12-21-13 at 1512 hrs.  Cash.  

Jennifer M Harris, 22, 617 Payson Ave for FTA Domestic Battery.  She was located at her residence on 12-31-13 at 1214 hrs.  Lodged.  

 Melissa L DeCamp, 28, 20609 Hwy FF for two driving while license revoked warrants.  She was located at 18th and State on 12-31-13 at 140 hrs.  Lodged. 

Andrew W Liebig, 27, 1112 N 7th for Home Invasion and Domestic Battery that occurred at 1212 Werner Dr on 12-29-13 at 0119 hrs. Lodged.  

Amy L Williams-Hopkins of Williams Shooters Supply 1813 Quintron Way reported the theft of two Taurus handguns between 11-20-13 and 12-26-13.
